1. Program Description
Wolf Expert Repair offers an optional SMS / text messaging program to provide service-related messages, including appointment confirmations, arrival windows, technician-en-route notifications, estimate approvals, and follow-up communications ("Program").
2. Consent
By providing your mobile number and opting in — by submitting a form, replying YES, or verbally confirming to a representative — you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from us at that number, including messages sent using an automatic telephone dialing system. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on your activity with us. In a typical service engagement, you may receive between 2 and 10 messages.
4. Fees
Message & data rates may apply. Check your wireless plan for detail. We do not charge for the messages themselves.
5. Opt-Out & Help
- To opt out, reply STOP to any message. You will receive a final confirmation message and no further messages.
- To opt back in after stopping, reply START.

6. Supported Carriers
The Program is available on major U.S. carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, Virgin Mobile, and Cricket Wireless. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
7. Privacy
Information you provide is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share mobile opt-in data with third parties for their marketing purposes.
8. Changes
We may modify or terminate the Program at any time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, by SMS notice.
